LEASE PURCHASE AND LEASE OPTIONS
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?
The Memphis Investor’s Group will be hosting a panel discussion with some of our most experienced and successful investors regarding when to use a Lease Purchase or a Lease Option and what are the differences between the two. This discussion is a must for those who are just getting started in real estate investing and experienced investor will lear further what works well and what doesn't in the Memphis market regarding lease purchases and lease options.
MIG will host two early bird sessions along with networking thatl begin at 6:00 p.m. Arnold Dormer's, "Getting Started in Real Estate Investing" and Elaine Robinson of Elaine Robinson & Associates will be hosting "New Tax Laws and Changes". Elaine Robinson will be available to take questions regarding the upcoming tax season.
The main meeting starts at 7 p.m. Admission is free for first-time visitors and to members. Repeat visitors pay only $20.
Please note that MIG has moved its meeting location over the summer. MIG’s regular meetings now take place at Appling Manor, which is located right off of Appling Road and I-40, just south of Bellevue Baptist, on the right before Dexter Road. The address is 1755 Appling Road. The main meeting starts at 7 p.m. Early birds start at 6 p.m. Admission is free for first-time visitors and to members. Repeat visitors pay only $20.
 Directions to Monthly Meetings
From Downtown
Take Sam Cooper Blvd. to I-40 East. Pass I-240/I-40 interchange and proceed east to Exit 15A, Appling Road South. (Bellevue Baptist Church exit). Turn right (south) on Appling Road and proceed south approximately 0.8 miles. Appling Manor is between the Fed Ex World Service Center and the 1st Class Montessori School.
From Germantown
Go north on Germantown Parkway to Dexter Road. Turn left on Dexter and go approximately 2.5 miles to Appling Road. Turn right on Appling and Appling Manor is on the left just past the 1st Class Montessori School. You will have to make a U-turn thru the median.
